(Dig. 11, 4, 2 = Lenel, Paling. 185); mostra, inoltre, che il Ludus septem sapientum di Ausonio ha tra i suoi modelli letterari Phaedr. 5, 7 Z., e che Auian. fab. 9, 21 deriva da Catull. 115, 7.

This article offers critical remarks and new emendations on three passages, Polyb. 7, 7, 7, Sen. Phae. 558, Ulpian. 1 ad edict. (Dig. 11, 4, 2 = Lenel, Paling. 185). It also shows that Ausonius’s Ludus septem sapientum has among its literary models Phaedr. 5, 7 Z., and that Auian. fab. 9, 21 derives from Catull. 115, 7.
